Founder of Plantruption, a green food tech company, focused on Plant based seafood/Protein Alternatives, with a mission to be the most sustainable company in Ireland and Carbon Neutral. A career is backed with MBA from Trinity College Dublin. Jennifer has Participated on the Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers programme & Food academy programme. 15 years consultancy experience gained throughout a progressive and accelerated career working within the Asset Management, Real Estate, Financial Services Investment Banking, Aviation Leasing and Distribution industry.
Studied a wide range of subjects within natural sciences at Maastricht University, moved on to pursue a joint degree in Food Science, Technology and Business at KU Leuven, UCP and Anhalt University. Dedicated the second year of my master’s to professional development: 6 month internship at Kraft Heinz and 6 month internship/thesis at Cargill R&D Center Europe. Worked on very different projects in the two companies with one common goal; a more sustainable food industry.
